In the 1950s
Lamb Sundries was a sundry store and soda fountain in Colorado Springs, Colorado owned by Norman and Frieda Lamb (pictured above with Fred and Sue). The Lambs owned several other businesses over the years, including a music store, Christian book store, and Little Lamb's Nursery day care center.

LambSundries.com was started in 2007 by Norman and Frieda's grandson, Steve Lamb. Steve needed a unique web address that would describe a web site filled with miscellaneous objects and information. The purpose of the web site is to provide a resource for worth-while media, uplifting articles and reviews, and information on the countless other sundry undertakings of the Lamb family; presented in an informative and wholesome atmosphere.

Steve likes the idea of reintroducing a seldom used, but descriptive word (sundries) and building a link with the past.
